PRODUCTION CAPACITY

 

Our 150,000 square foot plant is the largest waterjet fabrication facility in the US. We dedicate a portion of our capacity to modifying surface materials in bulk, allowing manufacturers and distributors to efficiently meet specific customer demands. Our 10 waterjet and ultrasonic machines can complete multiple projects simultaneously, delivering precision and consistent quality even at massive scale.

State of the art equipment, guided by sophisticated CAD technology, calibrated to specific materials, and operated by trained technicians is the heart of our operation. Whether creating a single medallion or fabricating thousands of square feet of material for a multi-store roll-out, you can expect flawless results.

EFFICIENT PROCESS

 

We've mastered the final stage of delivering custom surfaces. We conduct a test fit in our plant, meticulously label and package each piece of a full design (that may cover hundreds of square feet), package the finished work, and ship from our plant to any job site globally. The result is flawless architectural materials, delivered ready-to-install with confidence.
